slide 06 - What is your magazines target audience?

On this slide i have stated some characteristics which i would expect to find within my target Audience. The slide clearly states that the readers will be aged 14-17 and have a larger percentage of female readers who were most likely working/middle class. They would hold a big claim to Individualism and believe their out to be their own person and therefore hold a lot of self confidence of otherwise aspire to be more like these confident enthusiasts. The target audience shall hold a strong passion for music and most likely play or have an interest in learning to play thee guitar or some other form of musical instument which would genrally be found within that of a rockband. The readers would be average girls, who lived everyday lifestyles but aspired to be like that of their idols and therefore in some forms could be catagorised as groupies, doing anything to be in with the band or down with the trend. They'd be females with confidence and angst and therefore could in some senses be catagorised as hardcore. Their main interests would be in music, socialising, the rebellion, rock, guitar, fashion to name but a few charateristics. The fashion which they would be known to style them selves in would be focused upon either the classic coverse, skinny and a band tee or otherwise more upon the styles of TOPSHOP, UrbanOutfitters and H&M. All in all they would be fashionist and which ever trend they choosed to clothe themselves in would be a constant factor which they would no change to fit in with a crowd and wouldnt have an issue with standing out. Classicly the girls would not see a need for exstensive makeup in the form of foundation, blusher and lipstick but may possible wear abit of eyeliner. Overall their strong girls with ambitions and in some senses set in their ways and loyal to their passions.
